Recommended Use

Meno Chill helps to relieve the symptoms associated with menopause such as hot flashes, night sweats, paresthesia, insomnia, nervousness, vertigo, fatigue, rheumatic pain and vaginal dryness. Helps support healthy mood balance during menopause.

Directions

Adult women - Take one (1) capsule, two (2) times per day with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Cautions & Warnings

 As with any natural health product, you should consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have been diagnosed with hypoactive sexual disorder or sexual dysfunction or if you suffer from any psychological disorder and/or condition such as frequent anxiety. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have thyroid disease. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).
