The HT Italia XL424 is a three-phase TRMS voltage data logger that records true-RMS voltage across a 0 to 600 V range and stores the readings in internal memory for later retrieval. It resolves voltage to 0.1 V with an accuracy of ±(1.0% of reading + 2 digits), specified at 23°C ±5°C and below 60% relative humidity, and treats readings under 2 V as null.

As a data logger, the XL424 is built to capture voltage measurements automatically over time rather than requiring an operator to read values by hand, producing a record across a chosen sampling interval. It measures on a true-RMS basis at working frequencies of 50 Hz ±6% and 60 Hz ±6%, with a 3200 Hz bandwidth and a maximum crest factor of 2.
