This bracelet is made of Grey Jasper stones from Alberta, and Lava stones from Portugal.  Together they will enhance you by grounding you and providing you with the strength you need for your day.

To use this bracelet as a diffuser simply apply 1 drop of your favourite essential oil onto your finger, and massage it onto the black lava stone.   Lava is naturally porous, and will accept the oil into the bead and actually hold the oil for a full 24 hours.  No need to apply directly to the bead, or use more than 1 drop per day.
