The SERVTEC Ethernet Diagnostic Adapter provides a seamless way to access detailed diagnostics from your Pylontech US2000, US3000, and US5000 series batteries. Ideal for both home users and professionals, it replaces traditional USB diagnostic cables by offering an Ethernet connection of up to 100 metres. The adapter is powered by a standard 5V USB supply.

⚙️ How It Works

The adapter connects directly to your battery’s console port and sends diagnostic data over Ethernet. It requires a 5V, 1A USB power supply, which can be provided by:

• A standard USB power adapter, or
• Our optional DC-DC converter (for 48V battery systems)

It supports the following platforms:

• BatteryView and MultiSIBControl on PC or laptop (via virtual COM port software)
• Raspberry Pi via TCP connection
• Home Assistant using an embedded Node-RED instance, creating MQTT-compatible messages
• Smartphones using terminal apps (e.g. Serial WiFi Terminal)
• Mac systems via VirtualBox, dual boot, or Parallels (Intel CPU only)
