The part number under the rear module is 05026036 - You must match this!

NOTE: Please review pictures. One of the mounting points are missing and one has a chip. You can swap the main connector from your unit to this one and we do not believe there will be a installation issue. Review pictures and make sure you are comfortable with this prior to purchase.

Fitment

There are multiple styles and internal board layouts. You must match your part number to ensure proper fitment.
• 2002 to 2005 Dodge Ram Diesel Truck models with the same part number.
• You will need to swap fuses and relays as necessary from your fuse box into this unit prior to install.
• This fuse box may require programming to work with your vehicle. Please verify if unsure prior to purchase.

Tech Notes

Fuse Box has been tested and/or repaired by our experienced electronics techs! Some of those tests/repairs are listed below:
• Fuse box opened and internal relays were tested good
• All traces good or repaired as necessary
• No broken or corroded pins
• Internal power bar tested good
• Connector pigtails are not included
• Rear module is not included
• Lid is NOT included
