The XDI Goliath Pump combined with 70% increased flow Direct Injection (DI) Injectors is precisely engineered for the Chevy LT4, delivering superior fuel flow and accurate injection management. This setup enhances engine output by accommodating significantly higher horsepower while maintaining optimal combustion efficiency. Designed for serious performance upgrades, it guarantees consistent fuel delivery at elevated loads, improving throttle response and durability. The LT4 +70% Injectors offer a static flow rate of 30.1 g/sec (2600 cc/min at 100 bar), providing 70% more flow than stock LT4 injectors rated at 17.7 g/sec, with a maximum pressure capacity of 193 bar (2800 psi). Developed with Stanadyne, the Goliath High-Pressure Fuel Pump addresses the fuel flow restrictions of the factory Gen V LT mechanical pump, enabling much greater power potential. Proven on Katech’s engine dyno, it supports over 1,500 horsepower on gasoline and up to 1,300 horsepower on E85, using DI on C16 fuel and turbocharged setups. Direct bolt-in compatibility with all GM Gen V LT engines, the pump features a 12mm bore for improved fuel flow, operates up to 220 bar, and includes an enhanced spring design for stability at high RPMs. It also offers better volumetric efficiency compared to OEM and competing pumps and works with cam lifts exceeding 8.00mm.
