We highly recommend that you anchor this safe for additional security protection. The door is 2-1/2" thick door with 3/8" solid steel-plate to prevent pry attacks.

The lock on the HD-150 is a battery powered electronic lock with a power override box and 2 override keys included in-case the batteries die or the lock fails.
