This Summer 2024 release celebrates its unique heritage with a mashbill of 36% red corn, 34% white corn, 25% rye, and 5% barley. The bourbon’s robust character comes from Jimmy Red corn, which lends a deep nuttiness, complemented by the sweet spice of rye. Aged for five years under strict Bottled-in-Bond standards, it delivers a rich and well-rounded drinking experience at 50% ABV (100 proof).  

On the nose, this bourbon reveals a complex bouquet of cinnamon, earthy truffle, freshly ground coffee, vanilla cream soda, and charred grapefruit. The palate unfolds in layers, offering candied orange peel, milk chocolate, aged maple syrup, leather, mint leaves, marzipan, and roasted pistachio.
