The Bestar Versatile Full Murphy Bed with Sofa (73W) is perfect for a multipurpose room. It offers a comfortable place to sit as well as a place to sleep. Antique Iron hardware and attractive crown mouldings complement the elegant finish of your choice. Make the most out of your space with this convenient piece of furniture. Sit comfortably during the day and simply remove the cushions and fold out the wall bed to sleep at night. The matteress support uses flexible slats that follow the curves of the body and absorb pressure for maxeimum comfort. The bed accommodates most standard Full matteresses. The cabinet must be anchored to a wall with a minimum ceiling height of 88. 8 inches. The open bed extends 84. 9 inches from the wall. The dual-mount wall bed mechanism attaches to the floor and wall for ease of assembly and maxeimum stability and durability. To avoid risk of injury, the bed must be installed to wall and floor structure by a professional or qualified person. Two people are required for assembly. Installation requires attachment to wood studs or masonry, removal of the baseboard, and drilling into the floor (if disassembly is required, holes may be covered with baseboards 0. 5 inches or thicker). All necessary hardware is included. Do not use this product for children or pets under 50 pounds (22. 7 kg). This Full Murphy bed is backed by the Bestar 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, the sofa is warranted 1 year. North American made with globally sourced materials.
