This is an oil damper type rear shock absorber that uses a spring rate that provides comfort during long riding. It uses a machined aluminum body and has a gunmetal anodized finish for a luxurious feel. The spring uses a two-stage pitch spring to improve comfort. The initial movement is soft, and it exhibits followability according to changes in speed and road conditions. The vehicle height can be adjusted by changing the set length of the spring, the damping force on the rebound side, and the free length, allowing adjustment to suit the driving field. Spring adjustment: Can be adjusted within a range of 27mm from the initial set length to the contraction side. Adopts a split type adjustment nut that does not require a lock nut. The spring color is painted black. Damping force adjustment: Can be adjusted in 18 steps on the rebound side. Easily adjustable with dial. Free length: Stepless adjustment of mounting hole pitch between 320mm and 340mm is possible. Comes with notches at 5mm intervals to indicate the amount of travel. It is possible to install a normal swing arm or our aluminum swing arm at the same time. Note: Super Cub 50/70/90 and Little Cub cannot be installed at the same time with our aluminum chain guard. To adjust the ride height, you must remove the rear shock from the vehicle. When adjusting each part of the rear shock, please check the adjustment range and adjust within the range. The drive chain may interfere depending on the T number of the driven sprocket, so be sure to check it before riding after installing the rear shock. When adjusting the spring, be sure to secure the vehicle height adjustment lock nut with a wrench before making the adjustment. If not fixed, the spring and body will rotate together and only the overall length will extend.
