Inspired: Chanel Coromandel

The fragrance opens with a soft, slightly powdery touch of floral notes, including jasmine and orange blossom, giving it a delicate, elegant start. However, the heart is where Coromandel truly stands out. The central note of patchouli comes forward, creating an earthy, almost resinous base that is both warm and dark. This is complemented by a rich incense note that adds depth and a hint of smokiness to the fragrance. The overall aroma conveyed by this masterpiece is an expression of sophistication, and for this reason, we have decided to name this one Sophisticated. Bitter orange nuances greet the wearer in the opening before white chocolate drizzled on top of orris butter meets you halfway through the perfume’s evolution. Mysterious tones of patchouli, incense, and benzoin in the base secure the amber presence of the fragrance while adding hours of longevity to its lifespan. CALAMANDER is an apt name that still doesn’t do this fragrance justice. Make sure to wear this one in order to truly discover the magic within. Don’t just possess it, own it!
