Bak Kwa is a Chinese salty-sweet dried barbequed meat slices with textures similar to jerky, typically consumed all year round but especially popular during the Chinese Lunar New Year celebration

Approximate Serving Sizes

• 1kg ~ 16 slices
• 500g ~ 8 slices

Cooking Instructions

• Store Bak Kwa slices in the fridge until you're ready to grill.
• No need to thaw; you can grill the slices straight from the fridge.
• Grill each side of the meat for 2 minutes on a hot plate. Use high heat to achieve the signature "char."
