Maintain peak performance and protect the front of your Spectro xSORT XHH03 handheld XRF analyzer with premium measurement windows (also known as XRF windows) paired with a roll of high-adhesion protective tape.

These high-clarity films act as a protective lens over the detector and nosepiece, shielding your analyzer from dust, metal particles, oils, and accidental contact — without compromising analytical performance.

The 4-micron polypropylene windows are optimized for light-element detection in xSORT XHH03 units equipped for Mg, Al, Si, etc. analysis while still delivering rugged field durability.

The roll of tape windows offers stronger protection. While these thicker windows only allow for heavy element analysis (stainless steels, nickel alloys, copper alloys, etc.), the window tape provides a fast-change mounting system, allowing operators to quickly replace a window in the field while maintaining a secure, sealed barrier.
