This is a captivating 337-piece puzzle of a 1915 illustration of the Arabian Nights story: Scheherazade is telling the Sultan a story in her marathon 1,001 nights of cliff-hanger-ing the Sultan each night so that he would spare her life in the morning to hear the rest of the story the next night. 

The puzzle is average in difficulty (for our puzzles), with arabesque piece shapes and connectors, a straight edge, and whimsies themed to the image (i.e. a mosque, a scimitar, a Muslim man praying, camels...). Puzzle design by David Figueiras. 

Like all our puzzles, laser-cut from thick 1/4" thick wood.

Made in the USA (specifically, in Port Townsend, Washington).

Packaged in a wood box with sliding lid, small picture of the image on top, and engraved side label.
