The resulting concentrated grape must is then blended with a small amount of premium aged wine vinegar to balance the acidity. Finally, the vinegar is matured and further concentrated in Slavonic Oak casks for a minimum of 18 months.
The garlic and cilantro flavoring adds a glossy and viscous dark brown color, with beautiful orange reflections with a velvety texture, a slight fruity sweetness, balanced 4.5% acidity with mellow oak undertones.
