• Week 1 — Prep & Eliminate: Drink Colon Cleanse once daily (1 cup) for 1 week.
• Weeks 2–4 — Detox & Calm: Use Root Cleanse, Candida Cleanse, and Golden Glow daily. Choose one of the two methods below:
  • Rotation Method: Drink 1 cup of each tea per day (3 cups total).
  • Pre-Mix Method: Combine equal parts of the three teas into one jar. Brew from the mixed blend and drink 1 cup daily (this provides a balanced dose of all three in one cup).
