The Cobalt Comfort Care pressure reducing mattress has been developed from some of the most comfortable, high density, visco elastic foam available in the market today. The temperature sensitive surface memory foam allows initial patient immersion, whilst the CME base slows the process creating postural support. This provides a combination of excellent pressure reduction and an elevated level of user comfort.

Available in both Single and King Single bed sizes, the Comfort Care mattress features a high frequency, multi-directional stretch, fire retardant cover that is welded, breathable and fluid resistant. All our welded mattress covers have a non-slip base as standard, to help keep the mattress in place when getting in and out of bed.

A specialised mattress design and the use of a multi-stretch cover contribute towards the reduction of shear and friction forces, whilst assisting infection control protocols.
