4-5ft Potted Cherry Laurel Hedging (120-150cm)

Prunus laurocerasus 'Rotundifolia' is one of the most popular evergreen hedges in UK gardens. It’s easy to grow and low maintenance, featuring large, glossy leaves and, in spring, small white, fragrant blooms. Later in the season it can produce cherry-like fruits that turn black as they mature.

This hedge grows quickly and will ultimately reach 4–8 metres in 5–10 years, with a spread of 2.5–4 metres. The plants are supplied in a 22 cm pot, with a total height (including the pot) of 1.2–1.5 m.

Aftercare & Planting Tips

Water newly planted hedges daily during March–October. While hedges can be planted year-round, planting in autumn or winter helps roots establish over the cooler season. Regular pruning will keep the hedge dense and shapely.
