Wheat, Oats, Sorghum and Corn are cereal crops which provide carbohydrate and protein.

Grey Stripe Sunflower and Safflower are oilseeds which are high in fat and fibre. Birds love these oilseeds but because of the high fat levels should be fed sparingly.

Avigrain Cocky Mix is not suitable for parrots other than the largest species due to the low percentage of small seeds.
