These knives are some of the shortest blade we make. They still have a full sized handle but with a very small blade which is ideal for detailed work and for engraving on your wooden projects, such as the handles of spoons.

A great little knife for beginners or children as they can feel the technique without the danger of a large blade.

The Large Engraving knife has a 1.5 " blade (37.5mm) for very fine work and the Wharncliffe style blade shape makes it perfect for chip carving and engraving. The rounded spine allows the finger of the hand holding the tool to rest on the back edge for extra control.

This knife is supplied with a simple leather blade cover as standard.

More robust leather slip sheaths or belt sheaths are available.
