Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is void upon any sale, transfer of ownership, or use by another person. NOVA warrants its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following periods:

• Metal Frame: Limited Lifetime Warranty
• Hand Brake: 5-Year Limited Warranty (Plastic Handle & Cable)
• Non-Metal/Metal Parts: 1-Year Limited Warranty

Includes wheels, wheel brakes, hand grips, rubber tips, cable covers, and all other hardware and plastic parts.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

• User negligence or misuse
• Failure to follow product instructions
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Products subjected to abuse or altered without prior written authorization are not covered.

Warranty Service

For warranty service, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased your NOVA product. If you do not receive satisfactory service, contact NOVA directly using the number provided below.

Be prepared to provide:

• Nature of the defect
• Product serial number
• Purchase location and dealer name
• Proof of purchase (receipt)

Important: Do not return products to NOVA without prior authorization.

Limitations & Remedies

Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under this limited warranty. Labor and shipping costs for part installation or product repair are not covered.

This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. NOVA shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
