These alcoholometers are used to determine the volume of alcohol or proof. Alla high quality glass hydrometers are supplied by Carlton Glass Company. Calibrated to the density of pure ethanol, Alcoholometers 0-100 are to be used with pure, distilled spirits.

Alternatively, our range of hydrometers are calibrated to the density of water and used during the pre-fermentation and post-fermentation phases.
