Tusk Tire Overview:

JConcepts introduces the Tusk 1.0” tire with a 63mm outside diameter, designed from insights gained through extensive crawling and driving. Building on the success of their Landmines tire, the Tusk features a high-performance, scale-based design. The tire boasts hefty lugs and strong sidewall support, starting with a V-shaped center lug that provides additional grip. The super soft green compound allows the tire to flex and contour to the terrain, while large, staggered traction bars enhance grip.

The Tusk’s mirrored design and alternating rows create a staggered height effect, and sidewall lugging improves pinch grip and gap crawling. Relieved cuts and slots on the traction bars and lugging add edges for better performance on light dirt, dust, and debris. The tire's detailed sidewall lettering adds to its aesthetic appeal. Combining the super soft compound's flexibility with the lug arrangement, the Tusk offers a grippy yet scale-accurate look. The included soft open-cell foam insert is durable yet flexible for sharp terrain.
