This 6.5 PRC sizing decapping die is machined to full-length SAAMI spec dimensions. Proper full-length sizing ensures smooth feeding, reliable chambering, consistent chamber pressures, and longer brass life across repeated reload cycles.

The sizing bore is single-point cut and finished to an ultra-smooth surface, 5 bore finish and hardness of 60 Rockwell. This glass-smooth internal finish reduces sizing force, minimizes brass galling, and improves concentricity from case mouth through the shoulder radius. The result is smoother press operation, reduced case deformation, and more consistent headspace control.

Decap and Size in One Pass

The Gold Match 6.5 PRC sizing die sizes and decaps in one pass. Includes two hardened steel decapping pins (.058" and .078" diameters to accommodate small and standard flash hole sizes). This spring-assisted system prevents primer pullback, press chute jams, and primer “ringers,” allowing high-volume decapping with minimal stoppages. The internal threads accept Mighty Armory decapping pins or the Mighty Armory Pointer guide to protect threads when decapping is not required.
