Characteristics

• Compositions with DSmax temperature (max change in entropy) can be synthesized at any temperature between -265C up to 50C (10-330K) 
  
• Second Order Only Reversible Transitions (these behave like elemental Gd - no cracking or hysteresis!)
• Material performance stable in air.  You may see some tarnishing of the material surface overtime due to slow oxidation, but performance is stable.  If you expose these materials to water based fluids it is recommended to add an anti-corrosion additive to the solution to prevent oxidation.  You can also store the materials in vacuum or inert gas when not in use.
• Large measurable delta T (>1 degree C in 1T field)
