Highland Park 12 Year Old. Crafted in Orkney, using local heathered peat, the 12 Year Old is a great introduction to Highland Park's signature flavour-spicy and sweet, with a subtle hint of aromatic smoke.

Tasting notes: As invigorating as the Orkney breeze. Fresh, clean and floral on the nose, with heathered honey and a touch of citrus. Sweet and spicy on the palate, with toasty notes of burnt orange, jasmine and fruitcake. A long finish with peppery spice, woody notes and orange zest, and the subtle, aromatic kick of smoke that you only get from Orkney heathered peat.
