Description: Our latest release is a modern classic rye whiskey that has undergone a unique double finish process. To create this special whiskey, we started with our flagship rye, which is already aged a minimum of 6 months. We then aged it a second time in select casks that were previously used by Quady Winery's Vya Sweet Vermouth. This additional 3-month aging process merges the warm, balanced flavors of American vermouth with our smooth, spicy rye to create a one-of-a-kind nose and taste.

This whiskey has a deep reddish-brown hue and a rich nose of orange, cinnamon, pepper, and vanilla. On the palate, it leads with upfront spice and has a mid-palate dryness, finishing with the delicate sweetness of vermouth on the back of the tongue. The flavor is round and complex, with multiple layers that demand to be savored. Overall, it's a truly exceptional rye whiskey with a distinctive character all its own.
