When to apply

• Bottom lashes only — the safest, most common use. Bottom lashes don't have extensions, so mascara application doesn't disturb adhesive bonds.
• Tips of classic extensions — for clients who want a touch more drama mid-fill cycle. Apply only to the tips, never at the base where adhesive lives.
• Never on volume or hybrid bases — volume fans are designed to stand alone. Mascara at the base will weigh fans down and degrade fan integrity.

Why it works with lash extensions

The Good Ex formula is water-based and oil-free. Oil-based mascaras break down cyanoacrylate adhesive and cause premature lash shedding. Our formula washes off with a gentle cleanser without solvents that compromise extension retention.

How to remove safely

Use a foaming lash cleanser (TLC Lash Cleanser is our go-to) on a clean spoolie, gently brush downward across the lash line, rinse with warm water, and pat dry. Do not rub.
