The questions range from self assessment on objective, subjective, and psychological matters--to image recall and spatial awareness, industry vocabulary and foundational facts--and ability to understand metaphors (proverb matching).

The "Business Training Corporation" primarily designed programs for wholesale and retail salesmen, but also produced the correspondence Course in Modern Production Methods for training foremen. The letter references a completion certificate, which is not present, but the description of its value is a good indicator of the tenor of the course: "This certificate will serve as a permanent record of the fact that you have given real thought and study to the problems of modern industry and production. And it will be concrete evidence of the fact that you have a sound foundation upon which to build your future as a production man."
