This bracelet’s inspiration came from observing the lights of the Brooklyn Bridge as depicted in the painting by Joseph Stella from around 1918. I was fascinated by the depiction of the glow of the lights in the mist showing as orbs in a repeating pattern of the bridge supports.  To express this in metal, I created a number of pattern plates and carved the pattern into brass, then embossed the pattern into sterling silver using a rolling mill and cranking with everything this little body could muster.

This bracelet is slightly customizable for a perfect fit by merely hooking the clasp into the link ring that feels best for you . I can add a couple links to it if you request. The 7 1/2 size is best for a smaller to medium fit. The 8 1/2 size is better for large.
