This miniature original watercolor painting features a study of the pretty little creek, Elk Lick Creek, that feeds into Evitts Creek. I was captivated by the reflections  in the water of both the hillside dropping into the creek and the trees with the backdrop of the misty hillside in the distance.

I enjoy having small paintings near where I work, sleep, or eat as a little meditative moment of rest for my mind. These little paintings are a nice gift item for moments like a new job, new home, Mother’s Day, birthday or just “I’m thinking of you” for someone who needs a little demonstration of your care.
