Stander, Inc. Limited Lifetime Warranty

Stander, Inc. (“Stander”) warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This limited lifetime warranty applies only when the product is used according to Stander’s specifications. It is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective, you must:

1. Notify Stander in writing during the warranty period describing the alleged defect.

2. Ship the product, along with proof of purchase, to Stander at your expense.

Note: All shipping costs must be paid by the original purchaser. Stander will not refund or cover shipping charges.

If Stander determines, at its sole discretion, that the product has a material defect in materials or workmanship, Stander will either send replacement parts or, if necessary, replace the product and ship the replacement to the original purchaser.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to any product:

1. That has been damaged in any way.

2. That has been altered, modified, or used with unauthorized attachments.

3. That was improperly installed or not used in accordance with Stander’s instructions.

4. That was used for purposes other than its intended design.

5. Damaged due to abuse, misuse, mishandling, neglect, accident, misapplication, or abnormal use or storage.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

STANDER MAKES NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• (i) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND

• (ii) IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OF TRADE, ADVERTISING, OR PERFORMANCE TO STANDARDS SPECIFIC TO THE COUNTRY OF IMPORT,

ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

Limitation of Liability

This limited lifetime warranty is the full and complete statement of Stander’s warranty. It supersedes all other statements and cannot be modified by any oral or written representation.

The exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is the return and replacement of the nonconforming product. Under no circumstances shall Stander, Inc. be liable for any special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including those based on breach of this warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
