Bivrost Yggdrasil Single Malt Whisky originates from the world's northernmost distillery in the Arctic region of Norway. Made using Nordic malted barley and pure glacial meltwater, it undergoes a long and complex fermentation process. The whisky matures in oloroso-seasoned and specially charred barrels inside a traditional Viking longhouse, where Arctic conditions (temperature averaging around  0.6°C) shape its distinctive character.
