"Conjuration 10" is the newest iteration in a series of experimental IPAs to be used as a playground to try out different things, from hops to dry hopping methods to water and everything in between. 

This beer was brewed with oats and barley and was hopped with Mosaic and Idaho 7. There's a gorgeous merringue head on this with a juicy citrus melange and notes of pineapple and pine. It's ultra smooth with almost no bitterness showing. Nice lacing!

The inspiration for Conjuration 10 is to explore how different whirlpool temperatures impact the flavour and bitterness of the beer. For this one, we used a lower temperature than normal. This brings the bitterness level down and lets some of the hop aromatics shine.
