NOVA warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following durations, starting from the date of purchase:

• Metal Frame: Limited Lifetime Warranty
• Brakes: 5 Years
• Non-Metal/Metal Parts: 1-Year Limited Warranty
(Includes wheels, hand grips, padding, cables, upholstery, bags, screws, and plastic parts.)

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:
• User negligence, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions
• Normal wear and tear
• Abuse, unauthorized modification, or negligence

For warranty assistance, contact the dealer where the NOVA product was purchased.

If further help is needed, call NOVA directly and provide:
• Nature of the defect
• Product serial number
• Name and location of purchase
• Proof of purchase (receipt)

Important Notes

• Do not return products to NOVA without prior consent.
• Repairs or replacements are the only remedies under this limited warranty.
• Labor and shipping costs are not covered.
