Good shifting requires a straight, stiff derailleur hanger. Aftermarket hanger is 100% compatible with Cannondale bikes. Cannondale strongly advises not trying to straighten hangers by bending with a hanger alignment tool.

Kit includes one derailleur hanger and the two tiny screws. Those screws take a 2.5mm hex wrench at installation.
