Cap construction: medical cap, silk top with lace front, which means the knots are not visible as they are hidden under the silk, this is not a French drawn silk top, so all the knots are under the silk making it a little thicker than French drawn but with no return hairs ( except in the lace front). There is an additional hand tied area below the silk top, this helps with the natural fall of the hair and only the bottom part of the cap is wefted. The had tied area does have return hairs, but they are hidden under the covering hair from the silk top.
