Hot and Cold versatility in one transport cart! The Cambro PCUHC615 is an electric holding cabinet with (1) heated and (1) cooled compartment. This Pro Cart Ultra model can keep both your hot and cold food product at proper safe temperatures. Each compartment can hold up to (8) full-size sheet pans with the included adjustable universal rails. With just a 45-minute pre-heat cycle, the hot module can maintain temperatures between 150° and 165° for up to 4-hours. The cold module chills the cavity to 40°F in 90-minutes, with a plugged-in recovery time of 10 minutes after a 30-second door open. Modules can be swapped out in just 5 minutes for convenience or cleaning. This catering holding cart is 66" tall and sits on 6" diameter casters that easy handle uneven terrain. The polyethylene exterior and gasket-free door keep maintenance costs down. It is a perfect solution for off-site catering events where power may not be available.
